Return Process

  Log into your Vue account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
